It is time for the Fall 2018 Mini-Grants!  Requests are due by Thursday, October 4th.  Please fill out the on-line form below or you may choose to print the form and return it to the PTO mailbox.  If there are pictures or other paper items that need to be attached to your form, you may put those in the PTO mailbox as well.

  • Please describe in detail the purpose of the product/program being requested.
  • Please include any other pertinent information needed to fully understand your proposed ideas.
  • Please indicate the number of students who will benefit from this proposal.
  • Please describe the involvement of other teachers or staff if applicable.
  • Describe the short and long term benefits of this product or program.
  • Do you foresee any ongoing funds needed to support this project?
